Positive: The interior is renovated and has some well-thought-out accessories (switches next to the bed, shower with 2 types of jets), 3 clean white towels set for each, enough space for 4 people, a large serving table, and enough kitchen utensils. We appreciated the presence of consumables, such as dish gel, oil, tea packets, and extra garbage bags. The area is quiet and close to the sea, the free beach is about 100 m away and is practically the widest in the area. Market, pizza (for example, Pirata), pharmacy, etc. are 500-600 m away. It seems that the owners took into account the tourists' opinions because what I previously read as negative did not come true: enough toilet paper and towels, forks, spoons more than 4, a washing machine is in the lobby of the building, with money. We still have to see the electric kettle and corkscrew for cans.
Negative: I would have liked it to be an apartment with a balcony, I had bad luck with the apartment, during that time all kinds of work was being done, respectively we had noise, cigarette smoke, and dust. Also, the sofa, although extendable, is narrow (for one adult or 2 small children) and hard. I would recommend darker curtains in the bedroom on the 0th floor, a wardrobe or a shelf in the hall for keys, glasses, and other accessories, and a way to rinse your feet from the sand before entering the building. Insufficient parking spaces for all 9 rooms). We didn't like the sand - it's sticky and hard, the water with impurities, and the stone fence, which gives you the feeling of a lake, not the sea. For these reasons, I think the price is high for accommodation in this area. The water is at belly level and 50 m, suitable for small children and beginner swimmers. The free beaches are a long distance from each other and you are not allowed to sit in front of the private areas. It's unpleasant when you experience this imbalance.
